An appointment is necessary if you wish to speak to one of our tailors to discuss in detail your design and fit requirements, and to provide you with an accurate quote. visit our Appointments page to view store hours or request an appointment below.

HOW LONG DOES A SUIT TAKE TO BE MADE?

The process to make your garment and have it finished in store will require 3-5 weeks. If you need it faster, please contact us for further information.

 

CAN I GET MY ORDER MADE FASTER?

We offer an express service for orders that need to be made in a shorter timeframe. The express service incurs a fee of $250, and we would have your suit ready in store within 2 weeks after your initial measure-up appointment. Please note the timeframe for an express order may be lengthened if fabric option is from an outsourced supplier, customers will be made aware of this on the day of the appointment. 

 

I'M LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC DESIGN, WHAT DESIGN OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer an array of design options for our customers to choose from, and every piece of your garment is customisable. If you are trying to replicate an existing suit, all we need is a photo or sample and we can replicate it. Although we offer a completely customisable suit, we offer advice for garment design in line with our aesthetic preference.

Please note, we can only offer fabric that we currently posses in our library, and can not assure an identical match for some fabric designs, however, we will be more than willing to contact our suppliers and help you find it. 

For all design enquiries we recommend to book a consultation appointment and speak face to face with our tailor.

 

WHAT CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR YOUR JACKETS?

Every garment that we make possesses a floating Half Canvass construction, this incurs no extra cost. We also offer an Unstructured jacket construction at no extra cost, and a floating Full Canvass construction with an extra cost of $150.

Each canvassing construction employs a hand-stitched finish. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?

On the day of your measure-up and design we ask for a 50% deposit before production begins, the final payment is paid once you have tried the suit on and are happy with the design and fit. 

We accept all cards including American Express and offer different financing options.

 

DO YOU DO ALTERATIONS?

Alterations cost are all inclusive, there are no hidden payments for alterations come fitting time. In the event of significant changes in body size, an alteration quote will be provided. We only do alterations to BELANCĒ garments.

CAN I RE ORDER?

When you get measured up, your design preferences, garment fit and body measurements are saved onto your personal profile that we keep on hand. Should you wish to re order a suit, some shirts or an extra pair of trousers, we are able to create this garment for you, replicating the information on your previous order and with no need for a re-measure. 

*Please note, if your body has changed shape since your last order, we recommend coming in for a re-measure.
